How to choose your spring rate:

Standard‚ Solo Rider under 299lbs

If you ride with a passenger, Standard rate will still be sufficient as long as total weight is under 450 lbs.

Heavy Duty‚ Solo Rider over 300lbs

If you ride with a passenger and your total weight is over 450 lbs, we suggest the Heavy Duty spring rate.

Be sure to take into account the weight of your luggage if you use your bike for touring.
