PRO series rack and pinion drives offer tighter interfaces and higher accuracy than our standard line, with the following features:

• Ball bearing pivot interface.
• Super-oilite bushing and matched precision ground spindle shaft.
• High resolution 3:1 for NEMA 23 motors.
• Unique EZ-tension mechanism for simple adjustment of gear to rack pre-loading.
• Stepper Drive not included 

Package includes:

• Rack and Pinion drive plate with universal mounting features for NEMA 23 or NEMA 34 motors.
• Pre-assembled dual bearing pivot system with precision shoulder bolt (3/8-16 thread).
• 3/8” bore motor pulley.
• Super oilite bearing drive spindle, with 20 tooth gear and 60 tooth timing pulley and matched precision ground shaft.
• 3mm pitch timing belt.
• Belt tension cam mechanism.
• Motor mounting screws and nuts (motor not included).
• Pro-tension kit
