Bracket/Spacer Requirements:

• T-slot compatible with 40-series profiles (slot width typically 8mm).

• Strong enough to withstand forces from motion actuators (sim racing/flight platforms).

• Compact for tight cockpit areas.

• Adjustable for fine positioning.

• Spacing range of 40mm 

Suitable Brackets/Spacers:

1. Universal Actuator Mounting Brackets (Sim-Specific)

• Used in DOF motion rigs

• Made of steel

• Bolt directly into T-slots using M8 T-nuts or sliding nuts.

2. Profile-to-Profile Connector Plates

• Flat steel or aluminum plates with multiple holes.

• Allows for cross-mounting actuators on side of 40160/40120 profiles.

• Ideal when actuators are mounted horizontally.

Hardware Compatibility:

• T-nuts (M8) for 8mm slot widths.

• M8x16 cap heads.

• Use spring-loaded ball T-nuts for easier installation into preassembled frames.
