Fits all Harley‑Davidson models with a 7″ size headlight. Some FL model years require adapter harnesses or a bracket kit for proper installation — see Fitment below.

- 2014–2021 FL models (dual-bulb): requires OG H9/H11 to H4 LED Headlight Adapter Harness
- 2022–2023 FL models: requires OG H4 to Delphi LED Headlight Adapter Harness
- 2013 and earlier FL models (single-bulb): requires 7″ LED Headlight Bracket kit to fit the larger headlight back shell (not required for Softails)
